With over 25 years of focused experience bridging business and technology including 13 years in production business systems (EDI), CRM management, systems scoping and design, 5 years in project management and 10 years in people management; I am a Sr. EDI Consultant at an international manufacturing company a leading supplier of fastening solutions and logistics services, as well as a distribution/instillation company. I hold an MBA in E-Business from Walden University, a Network Administration Certification from Microsoft, and an ITAR registration from the Department of State Development enabling me to work with sensitive and regulated data. In addition, I am currently a Master’s of Healthcare and Innovation Candidate at the University of Arizona.
In addition to my role at an international manufacturing and distribution/instillation company, I am the founder of C.M. WARNER LLC, a B2B and EDI services consulting company specializing in implementation, EDI mapping and EDI error correction. I am passionate about building relationships and enhancing organizational performance through innovative and efficient EDI solutions. Some of my key achievements include building an EDI program “from the ground up”, automating an RFP process globally, and reducing EDI exceptions by 85%. I am always looking for new opportunities to leverage my skills and knowledge in EDI solutions and business technology.
When did you discover your passion for EDI?
I discovered my passion for EDI when was employed for a logistics transportation company in 2010.
What makes the company different from competitors?
C.M. Warner, LLC provides post-implementation error management support services, which most EDI companies do not.
How have you helped current clients?
I’ve helped current clients through error management support services, which retrieved millions of dollars in loss account receivables due to lack of EDI error management.
What are you looking forward to as the company expands?
